Recently, the Department of Education of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region announced the "Four New" research and practice projects at the regional level in 2023, in which three projects of Nanning University, namely, "Exploration and Practice of Transformation and Upgrading of Civil Engineering Majors in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering and Technical Disciplines", "Practice of Interdisciplinary Integration of New Engineering and Technical Disciplines Construction in the Specialty of Food Quality and Safety", "Construction and Practice of 3+2 Training System for Improving Digital Literacy of Business Teachers" were successfully selected. The Construction and Practice of "3+2" Cultivation System for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Business Teachers" was successfully selected. The university has made new breakthroughs in the construction of new engineering and new liberal arts projects.
