From September 16 to 19, 2023, the 20th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit were held in Nanning. The theme of this year's Expo is "Building a Home through Harmony and Coexistence, Sharing a Common Destiny for the Future - Promoting the High-Quality Development of the 'Belt and Road' and Creating an Economic Growth Center".
Under the coordination and arrangement of the Nanning Foreign Affairs Office, Nanning University has deployed 8 faculty and staff members to actively participate in the reception and service of foreign guests in the activity as Foreign Guest Liaison Officers, providing high-quality service experience for the guests and successfully receiving government delegations from Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, and Bei Jiang, etc., and delegations from Friendship Cities and Businessmen.
8 faculty and staff served foreign guests to attend important meetings, including the 2023 Nanning-Henoi Economic Corridor Friendship Cities Exchange Conference, and the Symposium on Department Stores and International Friendship Cities and Business Delegations. During the "two sessions", the staff members used their professional knowledge to provide warm and considerate services for the foreign guests, guaranteeing the convenience of communication and a comfortable experience for the guests won affirmation and praise from the foreign guests, and received a letter of thanks from the Foreign Affairs Office of Nanning, which fully demonstrated the professionalism and serviceability of the staff members of Nanning University.
